IdeaCentre AIO 520-27IKL Drivers PC for Windows 10

Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 520-27IKL Drivers – In the world of all-in-one (AIO) computers, manufacturers need to find out how to integrate a lot of hardware into a case whose size usually does not exceed that of a standard monitor. Prices can increase rapidly when hardware decreases, like what we see with laptops. If not, you may get a large, heavy device that suffers from performance issues.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre 520, which is part of the AIO range which also includes the 900 series, is positioned as a high-end, medium-range computer for home use. It doesn’t contain the hardware needed for specialized tasks, but it can easily handle everyday tasks, such as word processing, video playback, Web browsing, and some light-to-medium games.

There is no way to bypass it-the IdeaCentre AIO 520 looks like a high-end device. The back has a soft curve and the sides are thick but have sufficient ventilation to keep the touch screen and the performance material cold.

It is solid and well assembled, without seams or unsightly gaps between the components. The big screen is at the same depth as the row of speakers underneath, which gives it a complete look. In the upper part of the PC is a contextual 1080p webcam, ideal for videoconferencing, and you also have an infrared sensor to connect via Windows Hello.

The screen is brighter than many Lenovo devices, reaching about 350 nits of brightness to the maximum. If you plan to use this PC in a highly illuminated room, this should not be a problem, even if the glossy finish is the fingerprints. With regard to color, the tests gave me 100% sRVB and 79% AdobeRVB, excellent results that give a deep image.

I compared the seventh generation quad-core (CPU) processor, Intel graphics cards (GPU) and hard drive at 7 200 rpm, and all, except the hard drive, have yielded satisfactory results. A PCMark home conventional test yielded a score of 3 180 (just where high-end laptops are installed), a Geekbench 4 processor test gave a single-core score of 4 285 and a quad-core score of 12 576 (just where the seventh-generation processors tion should be), and the Geekbench 4 GPU test yielded a score of 18 982, high enough to be useful for light to medium games.

Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 520-27IKL Drivers – The ports are all nested in a group at the back-with the exception of a 3.0 USB-A port located on the left side-next to the PSU. There is a good selection of old and new ports, but there is no Thunderbolt 3, which could be used to connect an external graphics processor if you want to use the AIO for heavy games. However, there are HDMI inputs and outputs, which means you can use the screen with another PC.

Finally, what looks like a long row of loudspeakers underneath the screen actually houses two 3W loudspeakers that are relatively strong. The sound is clear no matter the volume, and as it is directed directly at you, it is very nice even when you are listening in a relatively large open space.

While IdeaCentre AIO 520 has a high-end look and is well built, it is bulky compared to other AIO’s on the market. It also weighs a little over 23 pounds, so when it’s in place, you’ll probably want to leave it there. This is not done to be carried away, but you will nonetheless need a decent amount of space on your desk to comfortably install its 27-inch screen. A little complicated, the display can not rotate on its support. For this money, a support to turn on the screen in different ways would be appreciated.

Where performance is rather good, the 7 200 RPM hard drive achieves a read speed of 926 MB/s while an abominable write speed of 152.1 MB/s. There are 16 GB of Intel Optane memory between the processor and the hard drive, but you will still experience performance problems if you are accustomed to a fast solid-state drive (SSD).

The keyboard and mouse provided with the AIO 520 are suitable without problems, but they are nothing fancy. It’s not really something that takes marks on the PC, but you shouldn’t expect something awesome.

Considering that you get a capable computer and a 27-inch monitor in the same package, the starting price tag at $990-which includes a core i5-7400T processor, 8gb of DDR4 RAM and a 1Tb hard drive with 16gb of Optane solid case memory.
